Project Info:
The project involved Phase 1-7 of construction of the utility works and services for a 34 lot mixed use subdivision including site preparation, supply and installation of all site services, utilities, street lighting, curbs, paving, sidewalks and lot grading. Also included was the mass excavation and expansion of an existing storm water detention pond and associated pipework connections.
